With the ethically challenged SCOTUS ruling that the POTUS has absolute immunity for “official acts”, they have placed him/her above the law. This flies against Federalist 69 and the US Constitution. During their confirmation hearings, Roberts, Alito, Gorsuch, and Kavanaugh all testified under oath that “no one is above the law”, yet they argue the opposite in their decisions. Many of them also said they respected the tenet of stare decisis, yet they have completely ignored prior SCOTUS decisions (eg Dobbs decision vs. Roe) in their attempt to legislate a far right ideology. They repeatedly lied under oath and should be impeached and removed from the bench.
